Tracking Shows Delivered, but No Package?

If your package seems to have taken a detour yet tracking shows it as delivered, here's what to do.

  1. Contact Your Local Post Office

    Reach out to your local post office right away and let us know. We'll provide you with the tracking number to assist in resolving the matter.

  2. Obtain a Loss Receipt

    Should the post office confirm a loss and furnish a receipt confirming the loss, send it to us to support your claim.

  3. We Reship or Refund

    With confirmed loss and receipt, we'll be happy to reship or refund your order — your choice.
